摘　　要：随着农村社区建设的深入发展,社区农民的社会福利事业需求日趋多样化和个性化,这与社区相对有限的公共服务供给之间构成了突出矛盾,也在客观上要求农村社区更好发挥自身作用。文章以优化制度环境和实现多元主体协同合作为前提,分析农村社区与社会福利事业发展存在的问题,探讨构建以社区农民公共利益需求为导向的农村社区与社会福利事业发展的良性互动发展模式与互动机制,以期形成合理的制度安排。The social welfare needs of community peasants are increasingly diversified and individualized with the development of rural community construction.This constitutes a prominent contradiction with the relatively limited supply of public services in the community.It also objectively requires rural communities to better play their role.On the premise of optimizing the institutional environment and realizing multi-subject collaboration,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of rural community and social welfare,discusses the construction of a benign interactive development model and interactive mechanism of rural community and social welfare development oriented by the public interest needs of community farmers in order to form a reasonable institutional arrangement.
