摘  要:利用2017年西南鲜食甜玉米区域试验品种,分析其理化品质和品尝鉴定评价。结果表明,皮渣率最低的品种是粤甜28,为10.72%;水溶性总糖含量最高的品种是双色甜5号,为15.31%;还原糖含量最高的品种是斯达甜211,为8.88%;品尝鉴定结果总分最高的品种是粤甜28和粤甜26号,均为88.2分。综合考虑,粤甜28和粤甜26号为品质较优品种。The physical and chemical quality and taste identification results of the fresh sweet corn varieties participating in southwest regional test in 2017 were analyzed.The results showed that the lowest content of slag was Yuetian 28,which was 10.72%.The highest content of total soluble sugar was Shuangsetian 5,which was 15.31%.The highest content of reducing sugar was Sidatian 211,which was 8.88%.The varieties with the highest total score of tasting identification were Yuetian 28 and Yuetian 26,both of which were 88.2 points.Considering comprehensively,Yuetian 28 and Yuetian 26 are better varieties.
