摘　　要：A物流公司是某汽车制造公司指明第三方物流服务供应商。其中,产中业务需根据生产线节拍进行均衡作业,同时,物流人员劳动负荷过低,生产效率较低,生产成本提高。因此,在生产中排序拣选业务进行优化创新研究,有助于通过合理布局,均衡生产,信息系统优化创新可实现增效减错。这些方面的创新可以为某汽车制造公司其他物流区域甚至制造业物流领域进行推广并应用。A logistics company is a car manufacturing company indicates the third party logistics service provider. Among them,during the business requires equilibrium assignment according to the production rhythm,at the same time,the logistics personnel work load is too low,the production efficiency is low,the cost of production. Therefore,chosen in the during sorting business optimization innovation research,through reasonable layout,balanced production,Information system optimization innovation to improve effect and decrease fault can be realized. These innovations for other logistics area and even a car manufacturing company in the field of manufacturing logistics spread and popularize.
