摘 要:以质量分数(50.0±0.5)%的尼龙66盐液为原料,采用连续聚合、纺丝拉伸一步法生产235 dtex/72 f锦纶66长丝,使用中性灰2BL对纤维进行同浴染色,测试了纤维的相对分子质量、结晶度和K/S值,探讨了生产过程中聚合及纺丝工艺对纤维染色性能的影响规律。结果表明:降低进料流量、提高反应温度以及降低聚合真空度,生产的锦纶66长丝相对分子质量增大,K/S值减小,即纤维上染颜色变浅;在纺丝箱温度300~320℃、侧吹风速度0.4~0.8 m/s、拉伸温度180~230℃、拉伸比4.60~4.85的条件下进行单因素试验,降低纺丝箱温度、增大侧吹风速度、提高拉伸温度和拉伸比,都会导致锦纶66长丝的结晶度增大,K/S值减小,即纤维上染颜色变浅。Nylon 66 filament of 235 dtex/72 f was produced by continuous polymerization and one-step spinning-drawing process with(50.0±0.5)% nylon 66 salt solution by mass fraction as raw material and was exposed to one-bath dyeing with neutral gray 2 BL. The relative molecular mass, crystallinity and K/S value of the filament were tested. The influence law of polymerization and spinning process on the dyeing properties of the filament was discussed during the production. The results showed that the relative molecular mass of nylon 66 filament increased and the K/S value decreased, that is to say, the color of dyed filament became lighter, with the decrease of feeding flow rate, the elevation of reaction temperature and the decrease of polymerization vacuum;single factor tests were carried out under the conditions of spinning manifold temperature 300-320 ℃, cross air blow speed 0.4-0.8 m/s, drawing temperature 180-230 ℃ and draw ratio 4.60-4.85;and the crystallinity of nylon 66 filament increased and K/S value decreased with the decrease of spinning manifold temperature and the increase of cross air blow speed, drawing temperature and draw ratio.
