摘　　要：滚动活塞压缩机在现代制冷与空调系统当中得到广泛应用,但由于摩擦磨损等问题突出,相对其他机型,本身在效率方面并无太大优势,而根据滚动活塞压缩机各运动副的摩擦状态,从现有摩擦学研究得出的摩擦模型中选择适合滚动活塞压缩机运动副实际工况的摩擦模型,建立滚动活塞压缩机运动副的摩擦模型,进而探明运动副的摩擦机理和摩擦特性提出有效的减摩方案,对提高滚动活塞压缩机的机械效率有着重要的意义。本文通过对摩擦学自开展理论研究至今的摩擦模型研究情况进行梳理,并对近年来关于滚动活塞压缩机运动副摩擦模型建立和摩擦特性方面的研究进行综述,结合作者的一些研究情况提出滚动活塞压缩机各运动副在摩擦模型建立和摩擦特性研究方面的总结和展望,为滚动活塞压缩机在摩擦特性的研究提供一定的开展思路。Rolling piston compressor has been widely used in modern refrigeration and air conditioning systems.However,due to the prominent problem of friction and wear,it does not have much advantage in efficiency when compared with other models of compressor.It is of great significance to improve the mechanical efficiency of a rolling piston compressor follow the steps:firstly select the friction models from the friction models obtained from the existing tribology research that are suitable for the actual working condition of the motion pairs in a rolling piston compressor according to their friction state,then establish the friction models of the motion pairs in a rolling piston compressor,and lastly verify the friction mechanism and analysis the friction characteristics of the motion pairs.In this paper,the research status of friction models which are obtained in the theoretical study of tribology are sorted out.And then the research on establishment of friction models and friction characteristics of motion pairs in a rolling piston compressor in recent years is summarized.Combining with the authors'research status,establishment of friction models and friction characteristics of motion pairs in a rolling piston compressor is summarized and put forward.And this will provide some ideas for the research of friction characteristics of a rolling piston compressor.
