摘　　要：在铝型材挤压生产过程中,不可避免的出现型材的弯曲、变形,轻度的则为次品,重度的则为废品。为了提高型材的合格率,设计了3000T铝挤压生产线的拉直机,该设备由固定导轨、移动伸头、固定拉伸头、主拉伸油缸等组成,配合液压系统、PLC控制系统、辅助人工操作,实现铝型材的抬起、夹紧、拉直和下料。In the process of aluminum profile extrusion,there is inevitable curve and deformation of profile,and the mild defect is defective and the heavy defect is scrapped.In order to improve the pass rate of profile,a straightening machine of 3000 T aluminum extrusion line was designed,the equipment is composed of fixed guide rail,moving extension head,fixed extension head and drawing oil cylinder ect,cooperate with hydraulic system,PLC control system and manual operation to realize lifting,clamping,straightening and blanking of aluminum profile.
