摘 要:以脂肪酸(R-COOH,R=Cn-1H2n-1,n=8、12、16)、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和氯丙醇为初始原料,一锅法成功合成系列新型酰胺基Gemini阳离子表面活性剂(ADQ-8、ADQ-12、ADQ-16),并对其气/液界面吸附行为、抗菌性能(金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌)、聚集行为和生物降解性进行了研究。结果表明:随着疏水链的增长,临界胶束浓度(cmc)趋于降低,Krafft点逐渐升高;Гmax和Amin值没有明显变化,这可能是因为Гmax和Amin值由水化亲水基团尺寸和分子间典型斥力决定,而不是疏水链长度。动态表面吸附表明随着浓度的增大,达到平衡表面张力所需时间越短。相比于传统单链表面活性剂,ADQ-n达到平衡表面张力所需时间更长。ADQ-12相比ADQ-8和ADQ-16,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有更优异的抑菌活性。ADQ-n的7 d生物降解度≥98%,表现出优良的生物降解特性。Three amide-based cationic Gemini surfactants(ADQ-8,ADQ-12,ADQ-16)have been synthesized by one-pot method using fatty acid(R-COOH,R=Cn-1H2n-1,n=8,12,16),N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine and chloropropanol.The adsorption behavior at air/water interface,the antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli,aggregation behavior and biodegradation were investigated.The results show that,the Krafft point increases while the critical micelle concentration(cmc)decreases with increasing hydrophobic chain length;Гmax and Amin show no significant changes probably because the main influence factors are the size of hydrated hydrophilic group and the intermolecular electrostatic repulsion rather than hydrophobic chain length.The results of dynamic surface tension show that the time required to attain the equilibrium surface tension decreases with the increase of surfactant concentration.For a certain concentration,the time required to attain equilibrium surface tension is longer for ADQ-n than that for conventional monomeric surfactant.The bacteriostatic activity of ADQ-12 against S.aureus and E.coli are higher than that of ADQ-8 and ADQ-16.The biodegradation of ADQ-n after 7 days was higher than 98%,which shows excellent biodegradability.
