摘　　要：对874名新生代农民工及其直接上司进行问卷调查,运用相关分析、方差分析、多重比较和回归分析等方法,探讨雇佣关系模式对新生代农民工职业成长的影响,以及传统性与现代性在其中的调节作用。结果表明:不同雇佣关系模式下,新生代农民工职业成长水平差异显著,其中,相互投入型雇佣关系模式下新生代农民工职业成长水平最高,其次是过度投入型,准交易契约型最低;传统性与现代性在相互投入型、准交易契约型雇佣关系模式与新生代农民工职业成长之间具有调节作用,在过度投入型、投入不足型雇佣关系模式下调节作用不显著。This study used a matched sample of 874 supervisor-subordinate dyads to test the effects of four types of employment relationships on new generation migrant workers’career growth,and the moderating effect of traditionality and modernity.We performed correlation analysis,analysis of variance,multiple comparisons and regression analysis of the collected data.The results revealed that new generation migrant workers’career growth levels exhibited significant differences under four types of employment relationships,in which the mutual investment relationship was at the highest level,the overinvestment relationship was at the second level,and the quasi-spot contract relationship was at the lowest level;traditionality and modernity moderated the mutual investment relationship,quasi-spot contract relationship and new generation migrant workers’career growth,but the moderating effect between overinvestment relationship,underinvestment relationship and new generation migrant workers’career growth was not significant.
