摘  要:通过对某国际知名品牌轿车生产质量控制的深入调研,统计生产过程中高强度硼钢电阻点焊产生的主要缺陷类型,提取出现频次相对较高的缺陷并进行分析,结合生产现场实际情况,从质量管理、设备管理、工装夹具管理、焊接工艺及生产管理等方面进行探讨、研究和多次验证,明确了高强度硼钢电阻点焊的主要缺陷为虚焊、裂纹、压痕过深、焊点过小和飞溅等五种形式,并找到引起缺陷产生的多种因素,提出了从焊接参数、设备、工装夹具以及操作人员等方面进行质量控制的具体措施。This paper makes in-depthinvestigation onthe production quality control of a world-knownbrand car, and sorts out major types of defects from resistance spot welding of high strength boron steel during production. Defects with relatively high occurrence frequency were extracted and analyzed. Based on the actual situation of production site, discussions, studies, and verifications are carried out from aspects of quality management, equipment management, tooling and fixture management, welding technology and production management. The main defects of resistance spot welding of high strength boron steelare identified as rosin joint,crack, deep indentation, small welding spot and spatter.Various factors affecting the defects were clarified. Concrete measures of quality control arepresentedas from aspects of welding parameters, equipment, jig, operator,etc.
