摘　　要：目的:探讨阶梯式运动训练对慢阻肺患者营养状况的影响.方法:选取2017年3月-2018年9月入住江苏大学附属昆山市第一人民院的慢阻肺患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例.两组均给予常规的治疗,在疾病缓解期均鼓励主动运动,对照组实施自主运动,实验组借助运动器材进行阶梯式的运动训练.结果:12周时两组患者的血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血浆前蛋白、优势手握力的比较,差异均具有统计学意义(t分别为2.908,3.674,2.332,2.136;P<0.05);12周内两组患者的COPD急性发作次数、再住院率的比较,差异均具有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.022、4.812,P<0.05).结论:合理的抗阻运动能改善慢阻肺患者的营养状况,减少患者急性发作次数,阶梯式运动训练可以提高患者的运动依从性.Objective To explore the effect of step exercise training on nutritional status of COPD patients.Methods 80 COPD patients admitted to Kunshan No.1 people's Hospital affiliated to Jiangsu University from March 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatmentActive exercise was encouraged during remission.The control group was given autonomous exercise.The experimental group was given step-by-step exercise training with the help of sports equipment.Results At 12 weeks,there were significant differences in Hemoglobin,Plasma albumin,Plasma Prealbumin and dominant handgrip strength between the two groups(t values were-2.908,-3.674,-2.332,-2.136;P<0.05),and there were statistical differences in the number of COPD acute attacks and readmission rate between the two groups within 12 weeksAcademic significance(x2 values were 4.022 and 4.812,respectively P<0.05).Condusion Reasonable resistance exercise can improve the nutritional status of patients with COPD,reduce the number of acute attacks of COPD,and step exercise training can improve the exercise compliance of patients.
