七叶一枝花酊喷淋联合红光治疗蝮蛇咬伤患肢肿痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶一枝花酊喷淋联合红光治疗对蝮蛇咬伤局部肿胀、疼痛的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法患者60例随机分为两组,对照组予以中西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上,在患肢肿胀、疼痛处加用七叶一枝花酊喷淋联合红光治疗。观察两组在治疗前及治疗后第3、6日患肢肿胀程度、疼痛指数及相关实验室指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]。结果治疗后两组疼痛、肿胀较治疗前均有明显缓解(P<0.01);且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组WBC、NEUT、CRP指标较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加用七叶一枝花酊喷淋联合红光治疗对蝮蛇咬伤患者局部肿胀、疼痛有明显效果。Objective:To study the effects of Qiye Yizhihua Tincture spraying combined with red light on the swelling and pain of limbs bitten by agkistrodon halys.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Qiye Yizhihua Tincture spraying combined with red light on that basis.The swelling degree,pain index and related laboratory indicators(white blood cells,neutrophils and C-reactive protein)were observed before treatment and 3 and 6 days after treatment in both groups.Results:On the 3 rd and 6 th day of treatment,the swelling degree,pain index and laboratory index in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Qiye Yizhihua Tincture spraying and red light has obvious effect on local swelling and pain of patients bitten by Agkistrodon halys.
