中西医结合临床护理路径在急性冠脉综合征绿色通道中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合临床护理路径在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)绿色通道中的应用效果。方法通过专家咨询制定急性冠脉综合征的中西医结合临床护理路径;对195例ACS患者采用随机对照研究,对照组采用常规院前急救护理,干预组实施同质化,流程明确,时间精确的中西医结合护理临床路径,从患者急诊停留时间、卫生经济学指标、临床疗效等方面,分析实施前后的效果。结果实施中西医结合护理临床路径后,患者急诊停留时间由(107.55±108.78)min缩短至(44.96±21.09)min,胸痛的疼痛评分由入院时的(6.23±1.55)分,降低为(3.79±1.70)分,胸痛缓解率91.49%。结论中西医结合护理临床路径不仅为患者循环再灌注创造了良好的条件,同时对于缓解临床症状,提高患者的舒适度,都具有积极的意义。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing path combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the green channel of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:The clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on ACS was established through expert consultation.195 patients were enrolled in a randomized controlled study.The routine pre-hospital emergency nursing was used in the control group,and the homogeneity,clear process and precise time were used in the intervention group.The effects before and after the implementation were analyzed from the aspects of patients’emergency stay time,health economic indicators,and clinical efficacy.Results:After the clinical path of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing was implemented,the patient′s emergency stay time was shortened from(107.55±108.78)min to(44.96±21.09)min,and the score of chest pain was reduced from(6.23±1.55)at the time of admission to(3.79±1.70),and the chest pain relief rate was 91.49%.Conclusion:The clinical path of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing not only creates good conditions for patients′circulatory reperfusion,but also has positive significance for relieving clinical symptoms and improving patients′comfort.
