艾熏灸促进肛周脓肿术后组织修复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾熏灸治疗对肛周脓肿术后创面组织修复的临床效果。方法:将70例肛周脓肿手术患者随机分为两组,各35例,观察组换药后予以艾熏灸创面20 mins,对照组换药后予以红外线照射创面20 mins,比较患者术后创口疼痛、渗液、肉芽生长及愈合时间等指标。结果:两组患者术后第3、7、14 d疼痛及渗液评分,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后第7 d两组肉芽组织生长差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第14、21 d肉芽组织生长评分,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论:艾熏灸治疗可减轻术后疼痛,减少创面渗出,促进组织修复,缩短创口的愈合时间。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion with Aiye(艾叶)on tissue repair after operation of perianal abscess.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by moxibustion with Aiye for 20 minutes after dressing change,and the control group was treated by infrared irradiation for 20 minutes after dressing change.Results:The pain and exudation scores in two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after operation were better,and those in the observation group were better(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the growth of granulation tissue between two groups at the 7th day after operation(P>0.05).The growth scores of granulation tissue at the 14th and 21th day were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of wounds in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with Aiye can relieve postoperative pain,reduce wound exudation,promote tissue repair and shorten wound healing time.
