中药封包结合关节松动术及电针理疗对手外伤后功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药封包结合关节松动术及电针理疗对手外伤后功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取2015—2018年到我科就诊的手外伤后功能障碍患者72例,随机分为两组,对照组36例,对照组患者予以关节松动术及电针理疗进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联用中药封包治疗,两组均治疗4周。对两组治疗效果、关节活动情况、疼痛程度以及生活质量评定进行对比分析,数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS 17.0加以处理。结果:治疗后,两组患者上肢功能评定量表(Upper Extremity Function Index,UEFI)评分较治疗前升高,疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分降低,spitze指数升高(P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组相比,试验组治疗优良率较高(91.67%vs 75.00%),UEFI评分较高,VAS评分较低,Spitze指数较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包结合关节松动术及电针理疗能较好改善手外伤后功能障碍,缓解疼痛,提高生活质量,适宜临床应用推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of TCM medicine package with joint mobilization and electroacupuncture on posttraumatic dysfunction.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 in each group.The control group was treated by joint mobilization and electroacupuncture.The experimental group was given TCM medicine package more.Results:After treatment,the Upper Extremity Function Index(UEFI)in two groups were higher than those before treatment.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was reduced and the spitze index was increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher rate of excellent treatment(91.67%VS 75.00%),with higher UEFI score,lower VAS score and higher spitze index(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine packaging with joint mobilization and electroacupuncture can improve dysfunction after hand trauma,relieve pain,improve quality of life,and is suitable for clinical application.
