六味地黄软胶囊在消渴病（肾阴虚证）治疗中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析六味地黄软胶囊在消渴病(肾阴虚证)治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年9月我院收治的消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者98例,通过随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者给予常规指导和阿卡波糖治疗,观察组消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者则在对照组的基础之上加用六味地黄软胶囊治疗,并分别比较和分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,临床指标变化及不良反应等情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者临床治疗的显效率(76.00%)、总有效率(96.00%)均明显提升,而无效率(4.00%)则明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者治疗后的临床指标脂联素[(3.98±0.51)mg/L]水平明显提高,而超敏C-反应蛋白[(4.12±0.52)mg/L]水平则明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、消化不良、食欲不振等不良反应总发生率(6.00%)有所降低,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:六味地黄软胶囊能够通过调节脂联素和超敏C-反应蛋白水平而提高消渴病(肾阴虚证)患者的临床疗效。Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of the Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule(六味地黄软胶囊)on treating diabetes of the Shenyinxu syndrome(肾阴虚证).Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was given routine guidance and acarbose;the observation group was treated with the Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule more.The clinical efficacy,changes of clinical indicators and adverse reactions in groups were compared and analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the excellence rate and total efficiency in the observation group was 76.00%(38/50)and 96.00%(48/50),while the inefficiency was 4.00%(2/50),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of adiponectin[(3.98±0.51)mg/L]was significantly increased,while the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein[(4.12±0.52)mg/L]was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group(included nausea,vomiting,dizziness,headache,dyspepsia and anorexia)was 6.00%(3/50),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Liuwei Dihuang soft capsule can improve the clinical efficacy by regulating the levels of adiponectin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein.
