摘　　要：目的:整理当归饮子在治疗皮肤病方面相关研究进展,在中医运气学说指导下总结当归饮子在皮肤病治疗方面的临床特点和规律。方法:分析当归饮子组方特色,通过文献研究并结合运气学说,探讨当归饮子用于治疗各类皮肤疾病的临床应用及适用病症。结果:据研究显示,在多种慢性瘙痒性皮肤病临床治疗过程中,当归饮子均有较好疗效,实验室研究表明了当归饮子和免疫系统疾病的微观联系。结论:人与自然为和谐统一的整体,养血祛风代表方剂当归饮子所治皮肤病以血虚风燥为辨证要点,临床诊治皮肤病过程中可依据运气思想运用当归饮子并进行加减。Objective:Through analyzing the latest clinical research about Danggui Yinzi(当归饮子),the clinical characteristics and rules of Danggui Yinzi in the treatment of dermatosis according to the theory of Yunqi(运气)in TCM was summarized.Methods:By analyzing the prescription features of Danggui Yinzi and researching the literature and the theory of Yunqi,the clinical application of Danggui Yinzi in treating various skin diseases and illness were explored.Results:Danggui Yinzi shows remarkable curative efficacy on various chronic pruritus dermatosis.The study in laboratory shows the micro relationship between Danggui Yinzi and immune system diseases.Conclusion:There is a harmonious unity between people and nature.Danggui Yinzi is a representative prescription for Yangxue Qufeng(养血祛风).The main syndrome of the skin diseases treated by Danggui Yinzi is Xuexu Fengzao(血虚风燥).The dermatosis was treated with Danggui Yinzi according to the theory of Yunqi.
