摘  要:国内大部分钢质油气管道均属于压力管道(GA和GC类)范畴,属于国家重点监管的特种管道,一般2~3 a需进行无损检测。介绍了超声衍射时差技术(TOFD)、超声相控阵技术、电磁超声检测技术(EMAT)和脉冲涡流技术(PEC)的原理、优点、局限性以及国内外应用情况,并对检验方法的有效性进行了验证。采用TOFD+相控阵检测技术对某输油管道进行了检测对比试验,建议今后采用TOFD+相控阵技术对油气管道进行检测,将电磁超声技术和脉冲涡流技术作为无损检测的备选手段,以便及时发现管道焊缝表面及深层的各项缺陷,更好地推动管道完整性管理工作。Most domestic steel oil and gas pipelines are included in the category of pressure pipeline(category of GA and GC) which belongs to national special equipment and requires nondestructive testing every 2 or 3 years. The principles, advantages, limitations and standards at home and abroad of TOFD, ultrasonic phased array, EMAT and PEC were introduced in detail. It is suggested that TOFD and phased array can be used in pipeline detection. EMAT and PEC are recommended as alternative means of non-destructive testing so as to identify different defects in time and promote pipeline integrity management.
