摘 要:介绍了常压塔顶板式换热器顶板腐蚀穿孔的基本情况,对顶板腐蚀区域进行了金相组织分析、微观形貌扫描电镜分析、能谱分析以及力学性能测试等,分析结果表明:顶板泄漏失效的主要原因是换热器钛板在制造或安装过程中局部区域发生了铁污染,在环境介质作用下,发生了电化学反应,导致材料吸氢,使表面脆化和鳞片状剥落,从而造成换热器腐蚀穿孔。Basic situation of corrosion perforation on plate heat exchanger roof was introduced. Detections were performed by approaches such as metallographic structure analysis, micromorphology SEM analysis, energy spectrum analysis and mechanical properties testing. It is concluded that failure came from iron pollution of exchanger titanium plate during the process of manufacturing or installation. Under the action of environmental medium, electrochemical reaction occurred which led to surface embrittlement and scaly exfoliation.
