摘  要:利用遮阳率为40%、50%、60%和70%的遮阳网覆盖大棚,研究不同遮阳率遮阳网覆盖对海南夏秋大棚上海青农艺性状和品质的影响。结果表明:40%遮阳率叶长、叶宽、茎粗、叶片数、单株产量和总产量均高于或显著高于其他处理,且可溶性固形物、叶绿素含量最高,纤维素含量较低,蛋白质含量、含水量与其他处理无显著差异。因而,40%遮阳网为海南夏秋季上海青种植设施覆盖适宜遮阳网。Shanghai Cabbage was cultured in summer and autumn under the greenhouse with shading net at the respective shading rates of 40%,50%,60%and 70%in Hainan to observe its agronomic traits and quality.The results showed that Shanghai Cabbage treated at the shading rate of 40%was higher or significantly higher in leaf length,leaf width,stem diameter,leaf number,yield per plant and total yield than other treatments,the highest in soluble solids and chlorophyll content,lower in cellulose content,and not significantly different in protein content and water content from other treatments.Therefore,shading net with the shading rate of 40%is suitable for culture of Shanghai Cabbage in summer and autumn in Hainan.
