摘 要:在相同舍饲条件下,以引进澳洲白羊为父本、湖羊为母本开展杂交试验,并对杂交F1代羔羊的生长发育性状进行分析。结果表明,澳湖羊2月龄体重、4月龄体重和6月龄体重分别比湖羊纯繁组高出31.50%、37.78%和32.87%(P<0.01)。6月龄澳湖F1代羔羊胴体重、屠宰率和眼肌面积均高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。说明利用澳洲白羊杂交改良湖羊,可以显著提高羔羊的生长发育性能,改良效果明显。in this paper,Australian white sheep was used as male parent and Hu sheep was used as female to measure and analyze growth and development traits of lambs in F1 hybrid generation. The result showed that the average weight of F1 lambs at 2-month-old,4 month-old and 6 month-old were significant higher than Hu sheep for 31.50%、37.78%、32.87%,respectively(P<0.01). The carcass weight, dressing percentage and loin eye muscle area of F1 lambs at 6-month age were both higher than Hu sheep(P<0.05). Therefore, Australian white sheep can be used as male parent to improve the growth and development of Hu sheep with an obvious ameliorating effect.
