沈阳市某奶牛场奶牛血液中钙磷葡萄糖的检测

摘　　要：对沈阳市某乳业公司一个存栏700头奶牛的奶牛场进行血清钙、磷、葡萄糖的营养代谢状况抽测。随机抽取12头产奶牛血清,分别测定了血清钙,血清无机磷,血清葡萄糖的浓度生化指标。奶牛的血清钙含量为3.82~10.88 mg/100 mL,平均值为:7.15 mg/100 mL;血清无机磷含量为3.82~8.13 mg/100 mL,平均值为:5.91 mg/100 mL;血糖含量为21.8~68.1 mg/100 mL,平均值45.0 mg/100 mL。结果表明:奶牛的血钙、磷比例失衡,钙磷积偏低,血清钙含量水平较低,血糖含量处于低水平状态,这将增加了奶牛患有骨营养不良、生产瘫痪、奶牛酮血症的危险性,并讨论了血液生化指标的变化对诊断和监测牛群代谢的动态意义。To investigate the nutritional metabolic status of serum calcium, phosphorus and glucose in 700 dairy cows, from a dairy company in Shenyang, we randomly selected 12 cows to determine serum calcium, serum inorganic phosphorus and serum glucose concentrations. The result shows that the blood calcium is between 3.82~10.88 mg/100 ml(N=12), and average is 7.15 mg/100 ml(N=12);the blood phosphorus is between 3.82~8.13 mg/100 ml(N=12), average value is 5.91 mg/100 ml(N=12);the blood glucose is between 21.8~68.1 mg/100 ml(N=12), and average value is 45.0 mg/100 ml(N=12). In all, the proportion of Ca and P is out of balance, the concentration of calcium and phosphorus retention is lower, and the level of serum Ca and P is lower, which can increase the possibility of some cow disease such as osteodystrophia, production paralysis and ketosis and so on. Therefore, it is of significance to study changes in blood biochemical indicators for the diagnosis and monitoring of herd metabolism.
