摘 要:含锌电炉烟尘是炼钢过程中产生的一类具有回收价值的废弃物。针对电炉烟尘成分复杂的特点,结合回转窑—氨浸制取活性氧化锌的工艺,采用碳酸铵作浸出剂,对电炉烟尘进行预处理。在浸出部分锌的同时脱除回转窑不能处理的杂质如钾、钠等,降低了回转窑的处理量。实验结果表明,电炉烟尘中的钾、钠、氯及以氧化锌形式存在的锌进入溶液,其中锌的浸出率为78%,钾、钠、氯的脱除率分别为96%、92%、97%。浸出渣中碱金属含量小于3%,能减少其在后续回转窑处理过程中对炉衬的侵蚀,浸出渣率为50%,同时铁、碳、钙由于未参与反应而得到富集,减少了回转窑的处理量。Zinc-containing electric arc furnace(EAF)dust is a kind of waste with recycling value produced during steel making process.In view of the complex characteristics of EAF,combined with the process of rotary kiln-ammonia leaching to obtain active zinc oxide,ammonium carbonate is used as a leaching agent to pretreat the EAF dust.The leaching of a part of zinc simultaneously removes impurities such as kalium and sodium which cannot be handled by the rotary kiln,and reduces the processing amount of the rotary kiln.The experimental result indicate that kalium,sodium,chlorinum in EAF dust,and zinc in the form of zinc oxide enter the solution,wherein the zinc leaching rate is 78%,and the removal rates of kalium,sodium,and chlorinum are 96%,92%and 97%,respectively.The alkali metal content in the leaching slag is less than 3%,which can reduce the erosion of the lining in the subsequent rotary kiln treatment process.The slag rate after leaching is 50%.Iron,carbon,and calcium are enriched due to not participating in the reaction,reducing the amount of EAF dust in rotary kiln.
