摘  要:通过倍频技术产生的绿光激光器具有性能稳定、效率高、结构简单紧凑的优点,在舞台表演、水下通信、生物医疗、激光显示、3D全息显示等领域有着广泛应用。与内腔结构相比,腔外倍频结构简单、偏振性好、易调节,尤其是对于单频半导体激光器、光纤激光器、以及随机激光器和超辐射脉冲激光器,高效率腔外倍频技术仍然是获得绿激光最佳的选择。本文综述了PPMgLN腔外倍频绿激光器的各种类型、性能以及发展现状。The green laser produced by frequency doubling technology has some advantages of stable performance,high efficiency and compact structure.It has been widely used in stage performance,underwater communication,biomedical,laser display,3 D holographic display and other fields.Compared with the intra-cavity structure,the extra-cavity has the characteristics of simpler structure,better polarization output and better adjustment.Especially for single-frequency laser diode,fiber laser,random laser and super-luminescent pulse amplifier,high-efficient extra-cavity frequency doubling technology is still the best choice to obtain various green lasers.In this paper,the multiple structures,performance and development of the green lasers based on PPMgLN are reviewed.
