摘  要:红外热像仪已广泛应用于弹药毁伤性能评估领域。针对国内基于红外热像仪热毁伤评估精度矫正文章较少的情况,梳理了部分评估误差来源,并提出了对应的误差补偿思路。通过对热毁伤测量试验的误差来源进行理论分析,对由测距和大气透射引发的测温误差做出公式修正。并通过爆心定位、设立标识杆,排除了测量过程可能会引入的误差。最后,对火球红外图像进行了盲元校正及图像增强处理,提升了图像辨识度,改善了火球毁伤范围定位的精确度。Infrared thermal imager has been widely used in the field of ammunition damage performance evaluation.Aiming at the situation that there are few articles on the accuracy correction of thermal damage assessment based on infrared thermal imager in China,part of the error sources of assessment are analyzed,and the corresponding error compensation ideas are put forward.Based on the theoretical analysis of the error source of thermal damage measurement test,the temperature error caused by ranging and atmospheric transmission is corrected.By locating the detonation center and setting up the marker rod,the possible errors in the measurement process were eliminated.Finally,the blind element correction and image enhancement processing are carried out for the infrared image of the fireball,which improves the identification degree of the image and improves the accuracy of locating the damage range of the fireball.
