摘  要:采用水悬浮法、捏合法及乳液包覆法制备了TATB基高聚物粘结炸药(PBX),探讨了三种PBX造型粉制备工艺对其力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:较传统水悬浮法制备工艺,捏合法造型粉制备工艺可以显著改善TATB基PBX中粘结剂的分布均匀性,从而改善TATB基PBX的力学性能;乳液包覆法对TATB基PBX中粘结剂的分布均匀性有所改善,但对其力学性能的改善并不明显。The TATB-based polymer bonded explosives(PBX)were prepared by aqueous suspension method,kneading method and emulsion coating method.The effects of different preparation technologies on the mechanical properties of PBX were discussed.The results showed that compared with the traditional water suspension preparation process,the kneading process can significantly improve the distribution uniformity of the binder in the TATB-based PBX,thereby improving the mechanical properties of the TATB-based PBX.The distribution uniformity of the binder in PBX prepared by emulsion coating method was improved,but the improvement of its mechanical properties was not obvious.
