摘  要:针对喀斯特环境下管道开挖成本高、难度大的特点,通过对ANSYS电磁学模块在埋地钢质管道杂散电流腐蚀中的应用进行仿真、实地试验检测和理论分析相结合统筹分析。仿真结果显示ANSYS仿真与杂散电流腐蚀的实际检测情况有很好的一致性,初步断定ANSYS仿真软件在喀斯特复杂环境中的使用的可行性,在特殊环境下管道腐蚀检测中可以利用ANSYS仿真平台进行初步的模拟和预测,实现埋地钢质管道腐蚀与防护中真正意义上的非开挖。Aiming at the characteristics of high cost and great difficulty in pipeline excavation in karst environment,through software simulation,making ANSYS simulation software be validated in the protection of buried steel pipeline trenchless detection and the true meaning of trenchless pipeline was realized. The application of ANSYSYelectromagnetics module in stray current corrosion of buried steel pipeline was combined with simulation,field test and theoretical analysis for overall analysis. The simulation results showed that ANSYS simulation was in good agreement with the actual detection of stray current corrosion,the feasibility of using ANSYS simulation software in the complex karst environment was preliminarily concluded. In the special environment,ANSYSY simulation platform can be used for preliminary simulation and prediction in pipeline corrosion detection,and the true meaning of trenchless pipeline was realized.
