摘  要:随着近代无线充电技术的兴起,无线充电设备中磁屏蔽材料受到了日益广泛的关注。磁屏蔽材料在无线充电系统中能够增强线圈感应磁场,具有较高的磁性收敛效果;同时屏蔽金属导体对线圈磁场的衰减干扰,防止磁能的损耗,提高充电效率。对MnZn铁氧体、NiZn铁氧体、非晶合金和纳米晶合金四种无线充电磁屏蔽材料进行了分类综述,简单介绍了各类材料的发展历程以及在磁感应式无线充电领域的应用情况。最后比较性能上的差异,提出无线充电磁屏蔽材料发展所面临的问题,分析了该领域未来发展的趋势。With the rise of modern wireless charging technology,magnetic shielding materials in wireless charging equipment have attracted more and more attention.The magnetic shielding material can enhance the coil induced magnetic field in wireless charging system and has a high magnetic convergence effect.Also,it can shield the attenuation and interference of metal conductor to coil magnetic field,prevent the loss of magnetic energy and improve charging efficiency.In this paper,four types of wireless charging magnetic shielding materials,including MnZn ferrite,NiZn ferrite,amorphous alloy and nanocrystalline alloy,are classified and summarized.Finally,the differences in performance are compared,the problems in the development of wireless charging magnetic shielding materials are proposed,and the future development trend in this field is analyzed.
