新生代农民工人际价值观状况及其差异性研究

摘　　要：本研究基于人际价值观的理论,采用问卷调查方法,考察新生代农民工人际价值观的状况及特点,分析影响新生代农民工人际价值观的因素,探讨了新生代农民工在不同人口学类型的差异性,并提出促进新生代农民工人际价值观的建议。结果表明,新生代农民工人际价值观总体属于偏下水平,在人际交往中最看重与他人互信互利取向;新生代农民工的人际价值观在独立(自主)取向维度存在显著差异,其他四个维度和总分在性别类型上差异均不显著;新生代农民工在人际价值观五个维度和总分的农民类型上差异显著;新生代农民工的人际价值观除了互信互利取向维度以外,其他四个维度和总分在文化程度上差异显著。研究结论表明,新生代农民工人际价值观呈现出多样化、集体主义与个人主义并存以及动态变化的特点。Based on the theory of interpersonal values,this study investigated the status and characteristics of interpersonal values of the new generation of migrant workers by questionnaire survey,and analyzed the factors affecting the interpersonal values of the new generation of migrant workers.This paper probes into the differences of the new generation of migrant workers in different demographic types,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the interpersonal values of the new generation of migrant workers.The results show that the interpersonal values of the new generation of migrant workers are generally on the low side,and they attach most importance to the orientation of mutual trust and mutual benefit with others in interpersonal communication;the interpersonal values of the new generation of migrant workers are significantly different in the dimension of independence(autonomy)orientation,while the other four dimensions and the total score are not significantly different in gender type;the new generation of migrant workers in the five dimensions of interpersonal values and total farmer type significant differences;the interpersonal values of the new generation of migrant workers in addition to mutual trust and mutual benefit orientation dimension,the other four dimensions and the total score of significant differences in education.The conclusions of the study show that the intergenerational values of the new generation of peasant workers are characterized by diversification,coexistence of collectivism and individualism,and dynamic changes.
