摘 要:为了研究"O"型垮落压实和耗氧非均匀的采空区自然发火特点,构建采空区非线性渗流-多组分气体-温度场和非均匀耗氧的数值模型,该模型考虑矿井通风和工作面推进的动态变化;给出一种描述顶板岩层冒落按"O"型圈压实分布的模型表达式;考虑到灌浆、灌注水和喷洒阻化剂和局部风流变化等导致采空区耗氧非均匀性,构造灌浆-阻化剂耗氧非均匀0-1随机变化模型;模拟计算显示,虽然局部耗氧发生波动,但实施阻化措施后的采空区耗氧能力整体发生减弱,证明温度开始下降,CO分布区域显著缩小,模拟结果符合现场实际情况。研究指出采空区耗氧非均匀性模型,能够解释实际采空区自燃升温的突变和多变因素影响过程,成果对于工作面后方采空区遗留煤的防灭火工作起到了辅助指导作用。In order to study the natural ignition characteristics of "O" type compaction and non-uniform oxygen-consuming goaf, a numerical model of nonlinear seepage-multi-component gas-temperature field and non-uniform oxygen consumption in goaf was constructed. The model considered the dynamic changes of mine ventilation and working face propulsion;a model expression describing the compaction distribution of the roof rock strata according to the "O"ring was given;the grouting, pouring water and spraying inhibitor and local airflow made the oxygen consumption non-uniformity in the goaf, the non-uniformity of the oxygen-non-uniform 0-1 of the grouting-resisting agent was set up;the simulation calculation showed that although the local oxygen consumption fluctuated, the goaf oxygen consumption relieved after the implementation of the resistive measures, which proved that the temperature began to decrease, and the CO distribution area was significantly reduced. The simulation results were in line with the actual situation on site. The research indicated that the oxygen consumption non-uniformity model in the goaf could explain the abrupt and multi-variable factors affecting the spontaneous combustion temperature in the goaf. The results played an auxiliary role in the prevention and control of the residual coal in the mined goaf.
