摘 要:在实验装置上研究了乙二醇-氯化胆碱低共熔溶剂DES的合成过程。对比了乙二醇-氯化胆碱低共熔溶剂和乙二醇萃取剂破坏乙醇-水共沸物制备燃料乙醇过程的影响规律。分别考察了萃取剂加量和精馏过程回流比对塔顶乙醇纯度的影响。结果表明,以乙醇-水共沸物为原料,使用乙二醇-氯化胆碱DES为萃取剂,在相同条件下比单独使用乙二醇萃取剂的塔顶乙醇浓度提高1.5%~2.6%,预测总能耗下降约25%。此外,DES的高沸点使过程更加经济和绿色化,避免了有毒乙二醇对环境的影响。与乙二醇萃取精馏流程相比,乙二醇-氯化胆碱DES可望实现工艺节能。Synthesis of deep eutectic solvent(DES) composed of ethylene glycol and choline chloride was studied. The effect of the ethylene glycol choline chloride DES and ethylene glycol extractor on the preparation of fuel ethanol was compared.The effect of extractor amount and reflux ratio of distillation column on ethanol purity in the distillate was investigated respectively. Results indicate when ethanol waten azectrope is used as raw material, ethanol concentration in the column distillate using the deep eutectic solvent is 1.5%~2.6% higher than using ethylene glycol. In addition, higher boiling point of the DES can guarantee an economical and green process, the use of toxic ethylene glycol will be avoided and total energy consumption will be decreased considerably.
