摘  要:亚甲基二磺酸亚甲酯(MMDS)因其分子中具有独特的二磺酸酯的环状结构,近年来被重点用作锂离子电池电解液的添加剂,目前在国内对其研究尚处于起步阶段。通过参考相关文献合成方法确定了通过无机与有机化学反应相结合合成MMDS的方法,即以亚甲基二磺酸钠为原料,通过钡盐转化、硫酸酸化、银盐转化三步简单的无机反应合成目标产物的重要原料亚甲基二磺酸银,之后,亚甲基二磺酸银与二碘甲烷反应得到MMDS。该方法合成MMDS,过程简单,操作安全,溶剂可回收套用,节约成本,并减少污染;MMDS的纯度较高,总收率为57.9%,高于目前文献报道值。Methylene methane disulfonate(MMDS) has been used as an additive in lithium ion battery electrolyte in recent years because of its unique ring structure. At present, the research on it is still in the initial stage in China. The synthetic method of by combining inorganic and organic chemical reactions was determined by reference. Fitdy the important raw material of the target product,silver methylane disulfonic acid, was synthesized by using sodium methylene disulfonate as raw material through a simple three-step inorganic reaction of barium salt conversion, sulphuric acid acidification and silver salt conversion, then it reacted with diiodomethane to get synthesizing product. The synthetic method has the advantages of simple process, safe operation, solvent recycling, cost saving and pollution reduction. The purily of MMDS is higther,and the total yield is 57.9%, higher than the reported value.
