摘  要:基于轧机的液压AGC系统的工作原理,依据现场液压AGC系统出现的典型故障,分析了该故障现象产生的原因,得出了液压AGC系统的关键元件伺服阀的故障是主要因素,提出了相应的预防性措施。Based on working principle of hydraulic AGC system of The Rolling Mill,according to typical faults in hydraulic AGC system of Rolling Mill at the scene,the cause of failure were analyzed.The main factor of the accident was proposed,which was the failure of the servo valve,it was the key component of hydraulic AGC system,and the preventive measures were put forward.
