摘  要:介绍了烧结机头部除尘器的烟尘特点,现有机头电除尘器的运行状况分析及常见故障,针对现有1#烧结机头电除尘器B段提效改造的需求,采用以优质高效电源、本体静电滤槽改造为核心的技术方案,包括烟气电除尘器提效改造的设计、施工、调试、试验及电除尘器本体消缺,结合工程经验选取合理的驱进速度进行了一次在线改造的尝试。This paper introduces the characteristics of the smoke and dust of the sintering head,the analysis of the operating condition of the existing head electrostatic precipitator and the common faults of the head electrostatic precipitator.In view of the demand for the improvement of the B section of the electrostatic precipitator of the sintering machine head,the technical scheme which is transformed into the core with high quality and high efficiency power supply and the electrostatic precipitator of the body is adopted,including the efficiency and transformation of the flue gas electrostatic precipitator.The design,construction,commissioning,test and the elimination of the main body of the electrostatic precipitator were carried out.An attempt was made to make an online transformation combined with the reasonable driving speed of the engineering experience.
