摘  要:攀枝花地区主要采用钛精矿生产钛白,其"三废"问题严重。使用酸溶性钛渣+钛精矿生产钛白可缩短工艺流程、实现环境友好。在调研硫酸法钛白、酸溶性钛渣生产情况及供需关系后认为:目前酸溶渣占酸溶钛原料的的比例仅为10%左右,具有较大提升潜力。攀枝花地区具有独特的资源和产业结构优势,建议推进形成钛渣产业联盟,保障原料、市场及技术稳定。Titanium dioxide is mainly produced by titanium concentrate in Panzhihua area,and the problem of"three waste" is serious.Production of titanium dioxide by acid soluble titanium slag and titanium concentrate can shorten the process and achieve environmental friendliness.After investigating the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method,and acid soluble titanium slag and the relationship between supply and demand,it is concluded that at present.The proportion of acid-soluble slag in acid-soluble titanium material is only about 10%,there is still great potential to be tapped.Panzhihua area has unique advantages in resources and industrial structure.It is suggested to promote the formation of titanium slag industrial alliance to ensure the stability of raw materials,market and technology.
