摘　　要：科技报告是国家基础性战略资源。从科技管理的角度研究了科技报告的作用和影响,包括科研立项查重、项目检查验收、项目水平评价、项目过程管理、科技信息公开、科研诚信体系建设等方面,分析了实现这些作用的相关条件。Scientific and technological report is the basic strategic resource of the country.This paper studies the function and influence of scientific and technological report from the perspective of scientific and technological management,including scientific research project review,project inspection and acceptance,project level evaluation,project process management,scientific and technological information disclosure,scientific research integrity system construction,and analyzes the relevant conditions to realize these functions.
