摘 要:在凸轮转子马达的零部件设计中引入了有限元分析的方法,并针对凸轮转子叶片马达定子的分析和设计,详细阐述了基于NX8.0CAE高级仿真模块的定子结构优化分析。通过建立定子的参数化模型和有限元分析模型,重点针对定子中的叶片槽角度位置进行分析,给出了合理的结构设计参数,最大程度地减少了马达定子在工作时的变形量,分析所得的结论为改善凸轮转子叶片伺服马达定子设计结构提供了依据。经过优化设计的定子被成功应用于凸轮转子叶片伺服马达中,通过相关实验证明其达到了一定的性能指标。Finite element analysis method(FEM)is introduced in the design of the cam rotor motors,and its stator is analyzed and designed.The structural optimization method of the stator was elaborated based on the NX8.0 CAE advanced simulation module.After the parametric model of the stator and FEM model built,the analysis was done focusing on the optimization of the stator vane groove angle position.Based on the results of the analysis,a reasonable structural design parameters of the stator vane groove angle position was given,which would largely reduce the amount of deformation of the motor stator when it working.The result obtained provides the basis for the structural optimization of the stator of the cam-rotor vane servo motor.The structural optimized stator is successfully applied to the cam-rotor vane servo motor and the relative performances of the servo motor are achieved in the related experiment.
