摘 要:针对新能源汽车动力电池产业中锂离子铝壳模组在堆叠、焊接过程中因电芯尺寸偏差累计导致模组长度合格率不高的问题,提出一种依靠长度、压力双控策略,实现模组堆叠及焊接过程的智能控制,提升模组堆叠一次合格率,保证焊缝质量稳定可靠。长度、压力双控策略实施,能够有效降低设备平均故障间隔时间(MTBF),提升设备综合效率(OEE),具有较强的实用意义。Aiming at the low qualified rate of module length due to the cumulative deviation of core size in stacking and welding process of lithium ion aluminum shell module in new energy automobile power industry,this design is put forward a strategy of double control based on length and pressure.In the design,module stacking and welding process could be controlled intelligently,and the qualified rate of module stacking at once was improved so as to ensure the stability and reliability of weld quality.The implementation of this length and pressure double control strategy can effectively reduce the mean time between failures(MTBF),to improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE)and has a strong practical significance.
