摘 要:本文采用不同的C/N源在硬质合金刀片上成功沉积了3种不同晶粒尺寸的MT-TiCN涂层,通过SEM分析了MT-TiCN涂层晶粒形貌。实验结果表明在TiCl4-H2-N2-CH3CN-C2H4体系中,改变混合气体中CH3CN和C2H4的配比能够有效的控制MT-TiCN涂层的晶粒的尺寸,并随着C2H4含量的增加,涂层晶粒更加纤细。3种MT-TiCN涂层与相同的AlTiCNO过渡层、Al2O3涂层形成3种涂层刀片,对其进行喷砂后处理,并对3种涂层刀片进行切削实验分析。从切削实验结果可以得出MT-TiCN涂层柱状晶粒越纤细均匀,涂层刀片更加耐磨,抗冲击性能更加优异。Three kinds of functional coatings of MT-TiCN with different grain sizes are successfully deposited on cemented carbide inserts by using different C/N sources.The grain morphology of MT-TiCN coatings is analyzed by SEM.The experimental results show that,in TiCl4-H2-N2-CH3CN-C2H4 system,the grain size of MT-Ti(C,N)coating can be effectively controlled by changing the ratio of CH3CN and C2H4 in the mixed gas.With the addition of C2H4,the grain size of the coating becomes finer.Three kinds of MT-TiCN coatings form three kinds of coated blades with the same AlTiCNO transition layer and Al2O3 coating.After sandblasting,three kinds of coated blades are analyzed by cutting experiments.From the cutting experiment results,it can be concluded that the finer and more uniform columnar grain of MT-TiCN coating,the more wearresistant the coated blade and the better impact resistance.
