监狱网络舆情应对模拟训练系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：近年来,随着互联网的快速发展,网络媒体已成为社会民众表达民意民情、传递诉求、汇集民智、监督举报的主要渠道,合理处置与引导网络舆情已经成为司法(监狱)安全的重要内容。监狱单位从事网络舆情应对的工作人员也存在对网络舆情监督能力、应对能力、引导能力及管理掌控能力提升的迫切愿望和培训需求。而网络舆情培训传统教学模式,缺乏全真/仿真环境下的实战和训练。该系统通过引进真实案例,模拟舆情应对的场景和角色,通过模拟训练系统进行教学和训练,将有效解决传统培训模式单调、教学效果不好的弊端,提高网络舆情培训的针对性和实用性,提升培训质量。In these years,with the rapid development of internet,net media have become a main channel for the public to express their opinions and appeals,to convey their suggestions and proposals,and to supervise and report.This complexity necessitates the effective handling and guide of net public opinion as the main issue of judicial(prison)safety.Prison personnel responsible for han dling net public opinion have an urgent need for both the improvement and the training of the ability to supervise,handle,guide,mange,and control,the net public opinion.Due to the lack of completely true or simulation environment,the conventional training and teaching mode is inadequate for the handling of net public opinion.The system proposed in the paper,by introducing real cas es,simulates the scenes and roles of net pubic opinion;with the application of simulating training system to training and teaching,this system will effectively solve the problems of monotony and unsatisfactory teaching effects lying in traditional training,and im prove the target-ability,practicality,and effect of the net public opinion handling training.
