摘  要:长庆气田气井井口压力在6~25 MPa,而气田集输压力一般在4~10 MPa,常常进行节流降压生产,导致气井压力大大浪费。结合气井生产特点和气田生产工艺现状,研究并研制出压差发电装置,室内实验在压差0.8 MPa,气量3500 Nm^3/h,平均发电能力10.0 kW。苏里格气田SX-4A井进行试验,在压差0.6 MPa,气量6200 Nm^3/h平均发电能力8.8 kW。寻找到了气井余压利用的新方法。The well head pressure of Changqing gas field is 6~25 MPa,while the gathering and transportation pressure of the gas field is generally 4~10 MPa,which is often used for throttling and reducing pressure production,resulting in a great waste of gas well pressure.Combined with the characteristics and technology of gas well production,the differential pressure power generation device is researched and developed.In laboratory experiments,the average power generation capacity was 10.0 kW at the differential pressure of 0.8 MPa,gas volume of 3500 Nm^3/h.SX-4A well in Sulige gas field was tested with an average power generation capacity of 8.8 kW at the differential pressure of 0.6 MPa,gas volume of 6200 Nm^3/h.A new method of utilizing residual pressure of gas well was found.
