摘 要:在装配式墙体结构中引入玻化微珠保温混凝土空心剪力墙,对其热工性能进行了测试。研究结果表明:当环境温度上升后将使墙体的传热系数也明显增大,对墙体孔洞进行填充后能够减小传热系数,接缝热桥宽度增加将引起墙体传热系数增大的现象。采用50 mm厚的挤塑聚苯板作为墙体热桥的外保温结构能够显著减小墙体传热系数。在同样的温度工况下,未填充聚氨酯的FHSW-A1热桥与附近部位的表面温度都比填充了聚氨酯的FHSW-A2墙体表面温度更高。墙体FHSW-A2的热桥区域具有更集中的热流。采用挤塑聚苯板对FHSW-B的热桥作为外保温结构时,能够有效减小热桥与墙体之间的热阻差。The thermal performance of the glass beads insulated concrete hollow shear wall was tested.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the wall increases obviously when the ambient temperature rises,the heat transfer coefficient can be reduced by filling the hole of the wall,and the heat transfer coefficient of the wall increases when the width of the thermal bridge of the joint increases.Using 50 mm thick extruded polystyrene board as the external insulation structure of the wall thermal bridge can significantly reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the wall.Under the same temperature condition,the fhsw-a1 thermal bridge without polyurethane and the surface temperature near the site are both higher than that of the fhsw-a2 wall with polyurethane.The thermal bridge area of wall fhsw-a2 has more concentrated heat flow.The thermal resistance difference between the thermal bridge and the wall can be effectively reduced when the thermal bridge of fhsw-b is used as the external thermal insulation structure by using extruded polystyrene board.
