摘　　要：目的:探究缺损区域的组织瓣膜移位术在乳腺区域切除术后的应用效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2018年6月在我院行乳腺区段切除术的患者120例为研究对象,根据切除后填充方式的不同分为组织移位术(60例)和假体植入术(60例)。对两组患者各项时间指标、患者术后满意度和不良事件发生情况进行记录和比较。结果:组织瓣移位组的手术时间、引流管放置时间、住院时间和术后住院时间均显著短于假体植入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组织瓣移位组患者在总体满意度评分和各项评分组成(触感自然度、外形自然度和乳房对称度)同假体植入组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组织瓣移位组出现2例感染和1例乳腺脂肪部分坏死,假体植入组出现2例创面感染,以上患者均经过治疗痊愈。结论:在乳房象限切除和大区段切除术中,组织瓣膜移位术无论是手术效果还是患者满意度均具有良好的表现。Objective:To explore the effect of tissue valve displacement in defect area after breast region resection.Methods:120 patients who underwent segmental mastectomy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different filling methods after resection,they were divided into tissue displacement(60 cases)and prosthesis implantation(60 cases).The time indicators,satisfaction and adverse events were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,drainage tube placement time,hospitalization time and post-operative hospitalization time of the tissue valve displacement group were significantly shorter than those of the prosthesis implantation group(P<0.05),and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction score and the composition of each score(tactile naturalness,shape naturalness and milk)of the tissue valve displacement group were significantly shorter than those of the prosthesis implantation group.There was no statistical difference between the degree of atrial symmetry and the implantation of prosthesis(P>0.05).There were 2 cases of infection and 1 case of partial necrosis of breast fat in the tissue valve transfer group.Two cases of wound infection in the prosthesis implantation method were cured after treatment.Conclusion:In quadrant mastectomy and segmental mastectomy,tissue valve transfer is effective both in operation.As a result,patients'satisfaction has a good performance,and its unique safety is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
