论城市社区文化建设的先进意义

摘　　要：城市社区是指由居住在城市中的一定数量和质量的居民组成的多种社会关系和社会群体,因生活上的共同面而形成了相对稳定、互惠互利的社会关系共同体;城市社区文化正是在这一社会层次上展现出来的文化现象的总和,是居民物质生活、行为方式、价值理念的集中反映,对社区居民的社会生活和心理行为等都有很大作用,是社区建设的重要组成部分。以城市社区为实际载体,整合社区文化资源,建设社区文化,可以形成社区认同、营造社区精神、提升社区形象、提高居民文化素质、满足社区群众精神文化生活需求、实现社区成员的自我全面发展,同时也有助于传统文化的传承和弘扬。Urban community refers to a community of social relations and social groups composed of a certain number of quality residents living in the city,which is relatively stable,mutually beneficial and mutually beneficial because of the common aspects of life.Urban community culture is the sum of cultural phenomena presented at this social level,and it is the collected reflection of residents’material life,behavior and value.Urban community culture plays an important role in the social life and psychological behavior of community residents,and is an important part of community construction.By taking urban communities as the actual carrier and integrating community cultural resources,community identity can be formed,community spirit can be created,community image can be improved,residents’cultural quality can be improved,the spiritual and cultural life needs of the community masses can be met,and the self-development of community members can be realized.At the same time,it helps to inherit and promote traditional culture.
