摘　　要：对2016-2018年获得批准的我国人类遗传资源样本库进行系统梳理分析,并针对样本库发展现状和当前存在的问题,从国家管理层面,提出了建议:制定样本库建设和发展规划,引导和激发社会资金活力,促进国家临床医学研究中心保藏样本库建设,同时积极推动国家信息中心建设等。We proceeded the comprehensive analysis of the situations of bio-bank of human genetic resources in China from 2016 to 2018,and proposed some suggestions from the view of national administration for the current situations,including formulating the construction plan of human genetic resources bio-bank from the view of government,guiding and stimulating the vitaliby of social capital,promoting the construction of biobank in national clinical medical research center,and promoting the construction of national information center.
