摘　　要：作为一所拥有10所分校而尤为独树一帜的世界一流大学,加州大学的内部治理结构及运行机制呈现出其独特鲜明的"共同治理"特征。对加州大学总校前任教务长贾德森·金(C. Judson King)教授的访谈围绕着加州大学内部治理的结构及其目标、权力构架及其运行模式、治理组织间关系与分工协作方式、存在的问题以及对中国大学内部治理体系建设的建议等话题而展开。研究和学习这所世界顶尖公立研究型大学的内部治理实践经验无疑可为我国大学内部治理体系的创新提供可借鉴的有益启示。As a unique world-class university with ten campuses, University of California(hereafter short for U.C.) has a very strong feature of share governance by its internal governance structure and implementation mechanism. The interview with Prof. Judson C. King, former provost for the U.C. system, focused on the following topics: the structure and objectives of U.C.’s internal governance, power structure and its operation model,relationships among governance organizations and their responsibilities and cooperation, the existing problems,and suggestions to Chinese universities. Enlightenments will surely be given to the innovation of Chinese universities’ internal governance system through studying and learning the governance experience of the world’s leading public research university.
