摘  要:为研究猪精子在17℃负压环境下保存时不同浓度恩诺沙星对精子质量的影响,并探讨恩诺沙星的最适添加浓度,试验在Modena基础稀释液中添加不同浓度恩诺沙星并在17℃负压环境下保存猪精液,利用迈朗全自动精子质量检测仪等检查猪精子活率、路径速度、直线速度和畸形率。结果表明:恩诺沙星浓度为50μg/L时,精子活率、路径速度、直线速度和畸形率都显著高于其他浓度(P<0.05)。说明50μg/L的恩诺沙星有利于17℃负压环境下猪精液的保存。To study the effect of different concentrations of enrofloxacin on sperm quality under a 17℃negative pressure environment and to screen the optimum addition concentration of enrofloxacin,pig sperm was placed in Modena basic diluent with different concentration doses of enrofloxacin and was stored in a 17 negative pressure environment.Subsequently,sperm viability,path speed,straight line speed and deformity rate were examined using MAILANG automatic sperm quality detector.The results showed that sperm viability,path speed,straight line speed and deformity rate in the 50μg/L enrofloxacin group were significantly better than those in other groups(P<0.05),indicating that 50μg/L enrofloxacin was beneficial to the preservation of pig spermunder a 17℃negative pressure environment..
