水解/改良A^2O/转盘滤池工艺处理工业园含氟废水

摘　　要：采用格栅/曝气沉砂/除氟沉淀/水解酸化/改良A2O/机械絮凝/转盘滤池/消毒工艺处理工业园含氟废水,近期处理规模为5000 m3/d,远期处理规模为20000 m3/d。废水COD<500 mg/L、BOD5<300 mg/L、SS<300 mg/L、F-<30 mg/L、TN<70 mg/L、NH3-N<45 mg/L、TP<5.0 mg/L、色度<80倍、pH值为6~9,处理后出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A排放标准。The combined process of coarse grille/fine grille/aerated grit chamber/defluorination sedimentation/hydrolysis acidification/modified A2O biochemical/secondary clarifier/mechanical flocculating tank/rotary filter pond/disinfection was applied to treat wastewater containing fluoride from an industrial park.The short-term treatment capacity was 5000 m3/d,and the long-term capacity was 20000 m3/d.The operation results showed that when the COD,BOD5,SS,F-,TN,NH3-N,TP and the chroma of influent were less than 500 mg/L,300 mg/L,300 mg/L,30 mg/L,70 mg/L,45 mg/L,5.0 mg/L,80 times respectively and pH was 6-9 accordingly,the effluent quality was superior to the first level A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
