摘 要:正念是起源于东方佛教的古老概念,近年来因其独特效用在工作场所备受关注。同时,正念与领导力之间的关系也逐渐被揭示,并成为领导力研究领域的新兴议题。正念型领导是指领导者通过自我正念管理/训练来加强自身注意力调控和自我感知,从而能够聚焦并敏锐觉察当下环境,全面考虑、判断问题,最终促成下属达到正念状态的领导行为。正念型领导的影响因素包含个体与组织两个层面,并且对个体、团队及组织三个层面的心理、态度、行为产生作用效果。未来应进一步探讨正念型领导的影响因素、影响后果、作用机制与边界条件。Mindfulness is originated from the Philosophy of Buddhism. This concept attracts increasing research attention in recent years due to the unique role it plays in workplaces. More specifically, the relationship between mindfulness and leadership has gradually been revealed and has been prevailing in the filed of leadership research. Mindful leadership refers to the process of enhancing attention regulation and self-perception through mindfulness training. This training enables leaders to focus on and be sensitive about the surrounding environment and make decisions comprehensively and considerately, which in turn helps the leaders to assist in achieving staffs’ mindfulness. The factors affecting mindful leadership come both from individuals and the organization. These factors also cast influence on the psychology, attitude and behaviors of individuals, teams and the organizations. Future research may further explore factors affecting mindful leadership, the effectiveness and underlying mechanisms of mindful leadership, as well as the boundary conditions.
