摘 要:遵义站首次在铁路工程中运用了大跨度预应力钢筋混凝土桁架结构体系,不仅提高了结构的安全性,而且获得了较好的建筑空间效果。其模板支撑体系采用承插型盘扣式和钢管支架,通过BIM技术解决了钢筋工程安装问题,采用C40自密实混凝土提高了整体浇筑质量,采用分析软件的仿真模拟增加了预应力混凝土技术的准确性,采用应力应变检测模块及检测设备保证了预应力工程的安全可靠。该工程成功攻克了大跨度现浇预应力混凝土三角桁架梁施工技术难关,积累了丰富的施工经验。For the first time,Zunyi Railway Station has applied the long-span pre-stressed reinforced concrete truss structure system in railway engineering,which not only improves the safety of the structure,but also achieves better architectural space effect. Its formwork support system adopts socket disc-type and steel pipe bracket,solves the installation problem of reinforcing steel bar engineering by BIM technology,improves the overall pouring quality by using C40 self-compacting concrete,increases the accuracy of prestressing concrete technology by simulation with analysis software,and adopts stress-strain detection module and detection equipment. It ensures the safety and reliability of the prestressing engineering. The project has successfully overcome the difficulties in construction technology of large-span cast-in-situ prestressed concrete triangular truss beams and accumulated rich construction experience.
