摘　　要：结合使用实际分析,造成严寒地区屋面渗漏主要原因是传统工艺单一防水材料适应性不强、现行规范未充分考虑严寒气候影响和日常管理水平不高,针对这些影响因素,提出刚柔结合、适应环境、加强重点部位防水等优化设计方法,有效解决严寒地区屋面防水问题。Combined with the actual analysis,resulting in cold region,the main reason is that the traditional craft single roof leakage waterproof material adaptability is not strong,the current specification does not give full consideration to the cold climate impact and daily management level is not high,according to these factors,firm soft combination,to adapt to the environment,strengthening method for the optimization design of key parts such as waterproof,effective in solving the problem of roofing waterproof in cold areas.
